Asian Meals In Minutes is the creation of self-taught chef and restaurateur Yume Tran and her husband, Jeff Nghiem. Yume left the technology world 7 years ago to open the successful restaurant Indochine, located in Parker, Colorado. They quickly realized that the restaurant business was no less demanding than corporate America; however, it allowed them to share their passion for Asian inspired cuisine. Working tirelessly at the restaurant, they have refined their most popular sauce recipes and continue to create new ones all the time. As Jeff proudly points out, “Our recipes have been tested on thousands of satisfied customers time and time again. Yume is a perfectionist, and is never pleased until she gets that ‘wow’ or explosive flavor from her creations.”
In 2009, Yume and Jeff, decided to bottle their passion and culinary creations into flavorful sauces and marinades. With the current economic downturn, Jeff and Yume’s goal is to enable everyone to cook more at home with their popular dishes just as easy as grilling burgers or preparing salad. Additionally, making the meals economical without sacrificing quality is something they both are very passionate about and, through their popular restaurant, have a proven track-record of knowing how to achieve that balance.
